As one of the oldest and most established title companies in Vilas county, Vilas Title Service Inc. has been the premier title insurer in the Northwoods for over 50 years.

In 1973, this family - owned business purchased Eagle River Title and transformed itself into Vilas Title Service Inc. VTS provides title insurance, insured real estate closings, escrow services, construction disbursements, 1031 escrow services and title searches. Vilas Title is staffed by the most experienced and knowledgeable associates in Northern Wisconsin. We pride ourselves in assisting our customers and clients in an accurate and friendly manner. Vilas Title Service Inc. is a member in good standing with the Wisconsin Land Title Association.
